Ground Floor

This is really my area of creation, "The Ground Floor". This is a 24" x 30" piece, but I go up to much bigger pieces. Since my paint goes every place, I am either working on a painting or cleaning floors.
When I start a painting, like right now, I am starting this one, I literally have no preconception as to how the piece is going to wind up.
I start to apply paints in different ways, different colors. This one will probably be like for the most part be by a green one. I have no anxiety or apprehension when I paint because I get help from others, and the way that she starts, I use different mediums.
I just get immersed in the creative process and I analyze it as I go along. When something looks like, initially is nothing like what the final product will be. I love that, because sometimes it flows easily, but sometimes there is a struggle where I would have to rework the art quite a bit. The ones I struggle with will often turn out the best. Maybe that's part how life itself goes.
The great thing for me I am right here, right now. I am not thinking about anything else. I'm right in the painting, and I love it.
